It's almost Sweata Weatha!

The mornings feel crisp and cool, which means fall is here. It’s time to say goodbye to shorts and t-shirts and embrace the seasonal shift with open arms—and cozy layers! We’re in that weird period of weather again where the mornings are chilly so you put on your best sweater and denim pant combo and head out the door, but then the afternoon rolls around and suddenly you're sweating. You went too fall too fast. Let’s talk about how to ease yourself into fall fashion!

Food Drive

Before we get into the fall fashion, we’d like to inform you about our food drive! Two words. Sweata. Weatha. It’s FINALLY sweata weatha and Carve Designs absolutely nailed it with their diverse selection of sweaters. From turtle neck to mock neck, to v-neck, Carve has a sweater for you! We just love them all but there is just something about the Olivia Plush Sweater that speaks to me. The buttery soft yarn, ribbed mock neck, side seam slits and fitted sleeves set this sweater up to be a new favorite in the making. She comes in two colors, Navy Herringbone and Cement Herringbone. The Monroe sweater is another favorite. The pointelle featured on this sweater is stunning. The attention to detail is just chef's kiss. We have an abundance of options so stop by and try on a few!

7Diamonds

Let’s talk about a brand we have for men and women, 7 Diamonds. 7 Diamonds never disappoints. There is nothing quite like a men’s button-down from 7 Diamonds. Talk about handsome. When we unpacked the Heritage Corduroy we were all immediately impressed. This isn't your typical corduroy material, it’s more subtle and delicate.

Basics are an important element of everyone's closet and 7 Diamonds has the perfect basic tees for men. We carry their Core Crew Neck tee in 4 colors: Olive, Folkstone, Ecru and Caribou. These tees are 94% polyester and made with materials made from recycled water bottles collected from our oceans. At Threads, we are proud to carry so many brands that use eco-friendly practices.

For the ladies, the It Flare Pant is a versatile pant that can be worn to work or workouts. Made with nylon and spandex, these pants are incredibly soft. They feature a hidden elastic waistband to couture the area. Pair it with the matching It Full Zip Jacket and some heels for work or tennis shoes for the gym and you're good to go.

Candles 

I believe there is truly no better feeling than lighting a candle after a crisp fall afternoon of cleaning my home. I also believe there is no such thing as having too many candles, especially the fall-scented candles.

This fall, I am letting Illume be the highlight of my home with their pumpkin candles. We are carrying two of their fall candles this season. The first being more of your classic pumpkin scent, Rustic Pumpkin. This candle features notes of pumpkin of course, along with nutmeg and sandalwood. For those who want a more subtle pumpkin scent, I recommend the Midnight Pumpkin candle. This is a pumpkin spice candle with notes of birchwood and maple cinnamon. Talk about YUMMY. Not only do they hit the pumpkin scents on the nose, the designs of these candles is what really wows me. These are shaped like little pumpkins and bring a bit of glam in the color and pattern.

Not a pumpkin fan? What about apple? Introducing Capri Blue's favorite fall fragrance, the Apple Cider Social Holiday Pattern Play Petite Jar! Featuring a fun red design, this candle will fill your space with notes of crisp apple, cinnamon, juicy pear with grated clove and fresh nutmeg.
